2. Contact partner

Make sure to reserve a contact partner.
She/he should know all or at least the most important guests
and be authoritative.

At the same time, she/he should not be greatly involved in other
wedding activities. Contact persons can be highly useful when it
comes to gathering people for group pictures, for instance, or
informing the photographer on the VIPs (relatives and friends)
or on surprises and “unexpected” events.
